Terms and Conditions


Details on this form are correct at time of printing. Costs, dates, venues and presenters are subject to change without prior notice. The APIOS Conference reserves the right to cancel a program or event and will endeavour to provide participants with as much notice as possible. Upon cancellation by the APIOS, any fee already paid by the participant will be refunded.

FEES:

Prices quoted include tuition, catering throughout the daily sessions and materials but do NOT include accommodation, travel and personal expenses unless otherwise stated. Fees are due prior to the commencement of the program/event. Places are only guaranteed upon receipt of registration and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations may be cancelled upon written notification sent to the local organisers (Centre for Market Design, The University of Melbourne) by email to enquiries@cmd.org.au. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation by email.

  • Cancellations received before 9 November 2018 will be fully refunded, less AUD$60 (including gst) cancellation fee
  • Any cancellations received after 9 November 2018 will not be refunded

A substitute may attend the conference in place of another person but may incur a late processing fee. All requests for variations to attendees must be made in writing to the Centre for Market Design prior to 11 December 2018.

PRIVACY:

Information collected on this form will be dealt with in accordance to the University of Melbourne’s Privacy Policy (MPF 1104).
